We specialize in helping to design and implement new types of commercial business models and new retail formats from O2O experience, showrooming, pop up store and more, as well as developing creative customer centric strategies for shopping malls or any luxury retail business. We can recommend what are the best practices to increase footfall in mall, through customized CRM/engagement programs and how to enhance customer experiences.

From 25 years experience in brand management and retail strategy for luxury and high-end brands and corporate and an international career with 15 years based in Hong Kong, Marie-Hélène Prévot has established an extensive and solid network of experts and professionals all related to retail.
